For characters that have the capability to inflict Spectro Frazzle in their kit the 20% CRIT RATE is all but permanant, while the 15% Spectro DMG boost should maintain decent uptime in Spectro Frazzle focused teams. Generally the best in slot set for all characters capable of inflicting Spectro Frazzle. When playing Phoebe in Absolution, she will require the assistance of her team in order to activate the 15% Spectro DMG boost tied to hitting enemies with at least 10 stacks of Spectro Frazzle - as in this state she cannot achieve that herself.

Trades off character buffing for personal damage from the Echo Skill cast itself, since it deals higher damage to enemies inflicted with Spectro Frazzle. Overall a super negligible difference from Capitaneus though.
- Capitaneus (cost 1) — Gives 12% Spectro and 12% Heavy DMG Bonus when equipped in the Main Slot. Trades off damage from the Echo Skill cast for character buffing which makes it slightly stronger in most teams except Lynae where Liberation damage takes more of Phoebe's damage total.

Isso lhe dá muito valor, pois embora suas equipes híbridas de Confession sejam muito restritivas, suas composições de equipe de DPS de Absolution são flexíveis e amigáveis ao F2P, pois funcionam muito bem com um personagem como Spectro Rover para levar seu dano ao mais alto possível.
Em conclusão, Phoebe é uma personagem que não só é capaz de atuar em dois papéis diferentes, preenchendo dois nichos de meta diferentes e tendo dois estilos de jogo diferentes, mas também é capaz de atuar de forma muito eficaz em ambos os papéis. No geral, Phoebe pode ser explorada bem por todos os jogadores e produzir bons resultados, pois seu desempenho em qualquer um dos modos de Absolution ou Confession é sentido em todas as equipes em que ela é funcional. Pontos fracos
- No Modo Absolution, precisa de um companheiro de equipe que aplique Spectro Frazzle, o que restringe a formação da equipe, e não é adequado para conteúdo de múltiplas ondas devido à falta de aplicadores de Spectro Frazzle para múltiplas ondas — além disso, beneficia muito pouco dos buffs de Outro, pois seus Ataques Pesados já obtêm bônus de DMG Amplify massivos;

Phoebe's absolution rotation focuses on buffing her as much as possible, debuffing the enemy with preferably 10 Spectro Frazzle stacks, then switching into her, dumping all her resources into her most powerful abilities, then switching out.Below is the base rotation Phoebe follows when acting as a DPS in the Absolution state.Depending on the Echo you're using you can use it before her combo and perform a swap cancel (good if you're using something like Mourning Aix) or use it after Phoebe is fully buffed and partway through her combo if it's a summon (good if you're using Nightmare Mourning Aix).

OPTIMIZED DPS ROTATION
For those looking to optimize Phoebe's rotation further, in both Confession and Absolution states, here are some additional tricks that can be implemented in order to increase her DPS, minimize field time and provide her teammates the opportunity to weave abilities throughout her rotation.
- The first optimization is to implement Dash Cancels during Chamuel's Star P3 in order to cancel the end lag that comes with the ability. Doing this doesn't cost Phoebe any damage and will allow her to get to her next ability faster.
- The second optimization is to implement Swap Cancels during Phoebe's Star Flash Heavy Attacks. This allows you to weave in the abilities of other resonators without costing Phoebe any field time.
- The third optimization is to use Phoebe’s ultimate to cancel the animation of Absolution Litany right after you use it. Doing this will retain all the damage and effects of both ability but save significant time.
